The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Certificate and Diploma in Human Resource Management isn’t just dry text book theory, it’s the opportunity to learn how to put that theory into practice. My experiences here within the HR team at Energy & Utility Skills gave me the necessary grounding to succeed on this course.
Working at Energy & Utility Skills is a continuous learning process in itself, so the CIPD complimented that process perfectly.
Taking the CIPD has provided me with a great insight into the different sides of HR, and as time goes by I know that I will continue to draw on much of what I have learnt by bringing the knowledge I’ve acquired into the workplace.
