Jade took on the role of Head of Communications, Policy and Research in September 2016. She brings with her over ten years’ marketing experience within the professional and financial services sectors, having worked in senior marketing roles at My Home Move, Police Mutual and Secure Trust Bank. Jade is responsible for the Communications and Engagement Strategy for Energy & Utility Skills as well as the Policy & Research Team, ensuring that we are providing members and stakeholders with key insights and are reflecting their views in our policy and research activities.

Jade has a history of transforming marketing departments into high performing teams and delivering successful brand strategies that increase engagement and revenue. She is responsible for managing the company’s reputation and building its profile among key stakeholders and members of the media. Jade has a passion for travelling and has visited nearly 50 different countries.
