Kate Davies joined the Energy & Utility Skills Group in 2013 as Operations Director and in 2015 was appointed as Chief Operating Officer where as an Executive Director, Kate has responsibility for operational delivery of our services across the business, ensuring the right organisational returns and that business performance is achieved.

With over 20 years’ professional talent sourcing and solutions sector experience, Kate is a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer, experienced in leading all levels of the professional workforce solutions industry.

Prior to joining the Energy & Utility Skills Group, Kate was Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Solutions and Operations Director at ManpowerGroup Solutions where she was part of the global leadership team and responsible for the development of outcome-based, talent-driven solutions across Europe. Kate has also held a number of board level positions in the UK, the Netherlands and across Europe at Experis UK & Ireland and Elan IT where she was responsible for the design and development of innovative workforce solutions and driving best practice and transformational change programmes and project management, in particular leading efficiency projects to drive new behaviours and results in the business.
