2. Marguerite Ulrich

Appointed as HR Director of Veolia UK in April, 2013, Marguerite manages all HR functions for around 12,000 staff including the learning and development programme. Marguerite was formerly Vice-President of Human Resources for Veolia Environmental Services (Technical Solutions) in the USA where she led the human resource function to include learning and development since 2006 and was Chairperson of the Veolia Environment North America Diversity and Inclusion initiative.

Over her 25 year career Marguerite has worked in all facets of human resources and in the UK she will use diversity expertise to continue to evolve Veolia’s ‘Back 2 business’ strategy which reflects the company’s commitment to social value and becoming an ‘Employer of Choice’.
